Short consultation/advice
In person or on the phone. 15 minutes to hear your concerns, understand you needs and suggest possible courses of action.
Assessment
Is where the therapist investigates the cause and effect of your concerns In more depth. This assists the therapist with a treatment plan to improve things for you.
They will:
You and the therapist will agree on a treatment plan. If you wish you to go ahead with treatment services you can instruct us verbally or request a quote.
When the therapist has completed their involvement with you they may contact you to check how you are. We are able to write a discharge report for you if you wish at extra cost.
Treatment
This is where the implementation of the plan you and the therapists have agreed to happens. This may include:

- contact you to make an appointment
- collect information from you, your carers or other health professionals by:
- questions
- observation
- physical examination
- tests
- discussion
- reading previous reports
- analyse the information and develop recommendations
- give you the recommendations verbally or in a written report at extra cost
- discuss the recommendations with you.
You and the therapist will agree on a treatment plan. If you wish you to go ahead with treatment services you can instruct us verbally or request a quote.
