Referral from a health professional is not essential, you can contact us directly via email, phone or by printing, completing and returning (by email or post) one of the referral forms below.

Fees

We charge an hourly rate with a minimum charge out rate of half an hour, plus travel and mileage. Fees will vary depending on the services required.  For the quickest service we give a verbal estimate of the time and hourly rate. Terms and Conditions apply.  A written estimate can be provided.
